the rooms were spotlessly clean and the bathrooms were elegant and well-appointed. the staff were also incredibly hospitable and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to satisfy all tastes. the hotel also had a pristine sauna area and small workout room, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel did not have a swimming pool, which would have been a nice addition to its facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is right next to the train station. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service provided, from housekeeping to laundry and shoe shine, was top-notch. The room itself was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I also loved the terrace and garden area, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our family of four had a fantastic time in the Austrian Alps. We enjoyed the spacious and spotless rooms, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was convenient, and we could conveniently go hiking, swimming, and biking while enjoying the outdoor surroundings. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options, and we loved that we could easily access the ski bus service. the staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and at ease.
We had an enjoyable stay, and our positive experience outweighed any negatives. However, the street-facing rooms did not have soundproof windows which let in a bit of traffic noise during the night, causing some disturbance to our sleep.

Could not be improved in any way.

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation options. the room was spacious enough to accommodate our needs and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was provided.
The bathroom was outdated and needed some renovations. the noise level from the street was quite high and disrupted our sleep at night.
